Electrical Improver

About this role

Due to our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a number of skilled and self-motivated individuals to join our team to carry out electrical work including servicing, inspections, installations, maintenance and repair.

The work will include domestic electrical installations as well as a range of other electrically related systems such as emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and automatic vents.

Responsibilities

• Carry out your work ensuring the highest standards
• Proactively identify risks and issues across your properties
• Carry out minor repairs, testing and maintenance of properties, systems and equipment maintaining the highest standards
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records and reports while demonstrating effective time management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and safety regulations

• Property inspection / facilities management / inspection & testing / compliance experience (desirable)

• Full UK driving license

This is predominantly a sole worker role so you will be working by yourself for the majority of your working day
